International
Each year Lions clubs around the world proudly sponsor the Lions International Peace Poster Contest in local schools and youth groups.
Youth
The contest encourages young people, ages 11-13, to artistically express their views of peace. Through their eyes we see the world.
Create
Participants use a variety of mediums—charcoal, crayon, pencil and paint—to express a new theme developed each year to spark their imagination. The works created are unique and express the young artists’ life experiences and culture.
Contest
Posters are evaluated on artistic merit, portrayal of theme and originality. Twenty-four international finalists are selected to represent the work of more than 325,000 young participants worldwide.
