| Ronald P. Smith June 26, 1931 - January 20, 2006 SMITH, Ronald P. - Of Clio, age 74, died Friday, January 20, 2006 at his son's residence in Montrose. Ronald was born June 26, 1931 in Flint, Michigan to the late Otis and Dixie (McAndrew) Smith. He graduated from Flint Northern High School in 1949. Ron married Neva Mecum on September 16, 1950. She preceded him in death one day prior on Thursday, January 19, 2006. Ron was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was employed with Roadway Express and Vic Bond Sales for many years before retiring. He had resided in Clio the past 32 years. He was a member of the Clio Lions Club, the Fenton Gun Club and the NRA. Ron enjoyed golf, target shooting and tinkering in his yard. |
